How do credits work?
Credits are the shared unit used to run available AI models. Your plan adds a credit allocation, and each generation uses the amount shown in its quote.
Will I see the price before generating?
Yes. The generation form calculates the exact credit quote for your current model and settings before you submit.
When do credits expire?
Monthly subscription credits remain available through the monthly billing period, and annual credits through the annual billing period. Purchased one-time credit pack credits do not expire.
How do one-time credit packs work?
A credit pack is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Its credits are added after the payment provider confirms the purchase and can be used across supported models.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from billing settings. The effective date shown there depends on your payment method and current billing period.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are reserved when a job starts. If the job fails before a billable result is completed, the unused reservation is released back to your available balance.
Can I request a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on payment status, credit usage, and the refund policy. Contact support with the purchase details so the transaction can be reviewed.
