These Terms govern your use of shedance.ai and the Shedance AI video creation service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity performed through your account.

Your content and permissions

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Shedance AI the limited rights required to process that content and provide the service. You must own or have permission to use every uploaded image, likeness, prompt, and other input.

Responsible use

You may not use Shedance AI to create illegal, exploitative, deceptive, harassing, non-consensual, or sexually explicit impersonation content; content involving minors; or media intended to defraud or mislead. You must clearly disclose AI-generated media when context could otherwise mislead viewers.

Service availability

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. We may change models, limits, features, or availability and may suspend activity that threatens users, third parties, or the service.

Intellectual property

Shedance AI software, branding, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Seedance and ByteDance are trademarks of their respective owners. Shedance AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ByteDance.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Shedance AI is not responsible for how you use generated content. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
